To buy e-currency
1. Click on 'Buy e-currency' button. Fill out the order form. Verify the entered information and proceed by clicking 'preview' button below. You will see a summary of your order prior to confirmation.
2. On the next page, you should note how much e-currency you will receive for the entered amount on the previous page. Please note that the actual rates might be different due to constant change of market prices. Click "Confirm" to finish the registration or "Back" to change the entered information if needed.
3. After confirmation you will receive instructions for sending funds to our bank account via e-mail. Don't forget to fill the "payment memo details" when ordering a bank wire transfer at your bank.
4. The funds will be credited to your E-Currency account within 24 hours upon receipt of the bank wire transfer and you will receive a processed status notification via e-mail.
To sell e-currency
1. Click on 'Sell e-currency' button. Fill out the order form. Verify the entered information and proceed by clicking 'preview' button below. You will see a summary of your order prior to confirmation.
2. On the preview page you will see how much E-Currency you need to spend to Trodex E-Currency account in order to fund the wire. You should also check the wire transfer details and your contact information. To make changes click "Back" button, to confirm your order click "Proceed".
3. Fill out Payment Order Form and click "Preview" button to proceed to Payment Order and preview page. Click "Confirm" button to place the order. To cancel the spend click "Cancel". After you have made the spend you will be redirected to Order Confirmation page, click "Continue" to go back.
4. The funds will be sent to your bank account within 48 hours upon receipt of the E-Currency payment and you will receive a processed status notification via e-mail. We appreciate if you let us know when the wire has been received.
